Born from lived experience and guided by community voices, Chupis delivers culturally safe Menstrual Health Programs to communities in Africa and Australia.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, our programs are built with communities, not for them.
Every workshop, every resource, and every conversation is shaped by the realities, knowledge, and strength of Aboriginal women and girls. We know that real change happens when people feel seen, heard, and respected.
Our programs go beyond education. We create safe spaces where young people can learn about their bodies without shame. Where questions are welcomed, and cultural understanding is honoured. Our programs aim to reframe Menstrual Health as something natural, powerful, and nothing to be hidden.
Alongside education, we provide sustainable period solutions, including reusable period underwear, and washable pads. Ensuring participants have long-term access to products they can rely on. This not only reduces financial burden, but also supports environmental sustainability and independence.
Every pair of underwear, every wash bag sewn by our volunteers, and every program delivered is part of a bigger movement. One that challenges inequality and restores dignity.
But we can’t do it alone.
Period poverty is a collective issue, and it requires collective action. Whether it’s through partnerships, donations, volunteering, or simply starting conversations. Everyone has a role to play in creating change.
Our commitment to creating a brighter future continues to drive our causes in Australia and Africa. We believe that every woman deserves access to essential sanitary products, Education, and should not be held back by inadequate access to affordable menstrual care.

Purchase one of our Chupis Care packs today, and give the gift of comfort, and essential support to someone in need. When you sponsor a pack, you’re directly supporting one woman or girl, with reusable menstrual essentials, including:
These Care Packs are distributed to women and girls in communities facing significant barriers to menstrual products, hygiene resources, and access to clean running water.
Alongside distribution, Chupis delivers culturally safe educational workshops that build body literacy and practical skills. Women and girls learn how to care for reusable products, safely dispose of disposable items, and maintain good health and hygiene during menstruation.
Most importantly, these workshops create safe, supportive spaces where conversations about women’s health are normalised. They allow women and girls to come together, share stories, and better understand the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout the menstrual cycle.
Together, we’re removing barriers, building knowledge, and supporting menstrual health with care and respect.
