Lack access to adequate Menstrual Products

Chupis was born from the shared challenges women face throughout menstraution. From educational barriers, to inaccessibility and unaffordability. Chupis is dedicated to providing reusable Menstrual Products to Australian and East African Communities.

By distributing hygiene kits, we not only empower those who Menstruate, but provide dignity and confidence, breaking barriers that may be faced throughout the cycle.

Chupis has worked in collaboration with First Nations Artists in Australia, to design First Nations printed Period Underwear. Through our “buy one, give one” initiative, when you purchase a pair of underwear, one will be given to a community in need.

Sponsor a kit

Purchase one of our Chupis Care packs today, and give the gift of comfort, and essential support to someone in need. When you sponsor a pack, you’re directly supporting one woman or girl, with reusable menstrual essentials, including:

  • 1 wash cloth
  • 2 pairs of clean underwear
  • 2 Fabric Pads with 6 inserts
  • a wash bag
  • bar of soap.

These Care Packs are distributed to women and girls in communities facing significant barriers to menstrual products, hygiene resources, and access to clean running water.

Alongside distribution, Chupis delivers culturally safe educational workshops that build body literacy and practical skills. Women and girls learn how to care for reusable products, safely dispose of disposable items, and maintain good health and hygiene during menstruation.

Most importantly, these workshops create safe, supportive spaces where conversations about women’s health are normalised. They allow women and girls to come together, share stories, and better understand the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout the menstrual cycle.

Together, we’re removing barriers, building knowledge, and supporting menstrual health with care and respect.
