Chupis was founded in response to the shared challenges faced by women & girls across the globe. For many, access to affordable menstrual products, clean water and hygiene facilities remains out of reach. These challenges can lead to missed school or work, poor health outcomes, and ongoing inequality.
Our programs go beyond education. We create safe spaces where people can learn about their bodies without shame. Where questions are welcomed, and cultural understanding is honoured. Our programs aim to reframe Menstrual Health as something natural, powerful, and nothing to be hidden. Through delivery of our comprehensive programs, we provide sustainable period solutions, including reusable period underwear, and washable pads.
Ensuring participants have long-term access to products they can rely on. This not only reduces financial burden, but also supports environmental sustainability and independence.
Your donation to Chupis creates change for women and girls facing period poverty. By supporting culturally safe education and sustainable menstrual products, you help restore dignity, improve health outcomes, and keep girls in school. Together, we can break stigma, empower communities, and build a future no one is held back.

Give the gift of comfort, and essential support to someone in need. When you sponsor a pack, you’re directly supporting one woman or girl, with reusable menstrual essentials, including:
These Care Packs are distributed to women and girls in communities facing significant barriers to menstrual products, hygiene resources, and access to clean running water.
Alongside distribution, Chupis delivers culturally safe educational workshops that build body literacy and practical skills. Women and girls learn how to care for reusable products, safely dispose of disposable items, and maintain good health and hygiene during menstruation.
Most importantly, these workshops create safe, supportive spaces where conversations about women’s health are normalised. They allow women and girls to come together, share stories, and better understand the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout the menstrual cycle.
Together, we’re removing barriers, building knowledge, and supporting menstrual health with care and respect.
