At Chupis, we deliver culturally safe and engaging training programs designed to improve menstrual health knowledge, confidence, and wellbeing for women and girls. Developed by First Nations women and informed by community consultation, our programs combine practical education, interactive activities, and open conversations in a supportive environment. We cover topics including puberty, menstrual health, hygiene and care, nutrition, social and emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships, and body literacy. Each program can be tailored to meet the unique needs of schools, community organisations, sporting groups, and communities across Australia, ensuring participants receive relevant, respectful, and empowering education.
