Support Education & Training programs in Africa

Chupis’ training programs deliver comprehensive, community-led education covering menstrual health, puberty, hygiene, reproductive health, and stigma reduction. Participants learn how to use and care for reusable products, while also engaging in open conversations about taboos, sexual health, and other relevant topics. The programs are supported by locally delivered workshops, visual resources, and ongoing community partnerships. Ensuring knowledge is sustainable, culturally relevant, and creates long-term impact.

Each Chupis Kit is thoughtfully designed to meet essential needs and includes:

• 2 pairs of underwear
• 2 reusable fabric pads
• 8 pad liners
• 1 bar of soap

All items are carefully packed in a beautiful, hand-sewn drawstring bag for safe storage and everyday convenience.
