Understanding your body, hormones, and the changes you will experience, can feel confusing, but you’re not alone.

First Nations Menstrual Health
This section honours the knowledge, strength, and experiences of First Nations girls and women. Menstrual health is closely connected to culture, identity, and wellbeing. Here, we share culturally safe, respectful information to support understanding of periods, body changes, and menstrual care, while breaking down shame and empowering strong, confident choices.
Learn About Periods- Suitable for 8-14 Year Olds
This section is designed especially for young people to learn about periods in a safe, supportive, and easy-to-understand way. It explains what periods are, why they happen, and how to care for your body as it changes. Whether your period hasn’t started yet or you’ve already begun, this space helps you feel prepared, confident, and informed.
Learn about Menstrual Health- Suitable for 15-18 Year Olds
This section supports young people to better understand their periods, hormones, and body changes as they grow. It covers menstrual health, cycle changes, and self-care, while also addressing common questions and challenges. This space is here to help you build confidence, make informed choices, and feel supported in caring for your body.
Learn about Women's Health- Suitable for 18+
This section supports women and people who menstruate through every stage of adult life. It provides information on menstrual cycles, hormonal changes, reproductive health, and self-care, including changes that can happen over time. Whether you’re managing work, family, study, or community life, this space offers practical, respectful guidance to support your menstrual health and overall wellbeing.

Through community consultation and collaboration, Chupis have developed comprehensive Menstrual Health Programs, for delivery to school aged participants, and women in community. Our programs are tailored to suit the individual needs for each community, ensuring that our programs are delivered appropriately, and sensitively.
