At Chupis we are passionately committed to empowering women and girls in vulnerable communities. We believe in driving change through innovative projects that focus on sustainable solutions and education, particularly in the realm of menstrual health.

The pivotal role of a Director of our East African Programs is paramount. She will be required to hold a Bachelor’s degree. The dynamic position of a director involves overseeing and leading our initiatives in East Africa, including coordinating sewing cooperatives, distributing period pads, and implementing and evaluating our comprehensive training programs. The Director will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration with various stakeholders to promote the health and well-being of teenage girls in the region.
