The beneficiaries of our washable period underwear and pads are Aboriginal women and girls in remote areas of Australia, and vulnerable teenage girls in East Africa. This is due to the fact that these groups face unique challenges in accessing reliable menstrual hygiene products. In remote communities in Australia, access to stores or services is limited, and products can be twice the price, making it difficult for those that need menstrual products to obtain them. Similarly, in East Africa, many face financial constraints that prevent them from affording disposable menstrual products. By providing washable, reusable options, we aim to ensure that those who need it, have adequate access to hygienic and reliable period protection. Enabling them to attend school with dignity and confidence. We recognise the importance of tailoring our support to address the specific needs and circumstances of these communities, and our initiative is designed to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in both regions
